What deletion means

Deleting your account will remove or anonymise your Challengger profile, account details, activity links, challenge participation, progress records, notifications and connected fitness account tokens where applicable.

If you created a private challenge that only you used, it may be deleted. If you created or joined a challenge that other people are part of, the challenge may remain available to those users, but your personal participation and profile details will be removed or anonymised.

Some limited records may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, regulatory or accounting reasons.

Deletion may not be reversible. Once your account has been deleted, we may not be able to restore it or the data associated with it.
